We are currently looking for Senior Business Analyst to join our professional engineering team. Your responsibilities will be to implement business processes and work flows to work inside of an iOS licensing work flow system. This position will balance work flow logic with business skills to help respond to changes in business logistic processes. This position will involve a high level of scripting, programming logic, and QA testing oversight.

Requirements:
- Experience with XML, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
- Experience with database and data analysis systems is a must.
- Understanding of release processing and logistical systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript programming and QA testing of web-based systems.
- Familarity with system integration and portal development, as well as web-driven document creation and associated rule building.

We are currently looking for Technical Recruiter to join our business team. The Technical recruiter is responsible for organizing and managing all recruiting efforts between recruiters, company employees, and clients. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to writing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, calling references, maintaining applicant files, conducting background checks, coordinating and scheduling phone and in person interviews, and providing feedback to managers, applicants, and company employees. If you have client especially related smart phone industry, would be a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Write job descriptions to submit to recruiting partners and create internet job postings, and posting for website and internal job board
- Review resumes to assess applicant qualifications with job position requirements
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates to evaluate technical skills, education, work history, and provide company overview
- Call candidate references
- Maintain all applicant files both electronically and hardcopy
- Conduct background checks
- Schedule and coordinate phone and face to face interviews with company employees and clients
- Provide oral and written feedback to recruiters, applicants, and company employees
- Miscellaneous administrative & operational tasks
- Support all President, VP and Operations Manager & Operations Assistant requests
- Support HR Supervisor as needed with new hire and training process

Requirements
