Lead Instructor: Dr James Shen 

Dr. James Shen is an architect of mobile solutions at BeyondSoft. He has 14 years Java developer and architect experiences on backend Web Services and data modeling. James has six years of Mobile Industry Application experiences for billing system and messaging system. Recently he architect and worked on mobile payment platform; Android application for mobile magazine; Android application for “American Speak Out ” site.  James had eight years of teaching experiences at University and he used to do research on Aerospace Engineering before he moved to Java. Now James is focused in architect of Android Solutions and Cloud Computing technologies. 

Dr Sheng Yang 

Sheng has over 10 years of software development experience. In the past few months, Sheng has focused on the development of several android applications. Right now Sheng is focusing on the location service in the android  applications. 

Lawrence S. Wong 

Lawrence S. Wong is a mobile software developer, focusing on the Android platform. He has 10+ years of Java experience, including lead-developer role, for enterprise-level server-side and client-side applications, in Helathcare and e-Commerce sectors. He is an assistant organizer of the Silicon Valley Android Meetup community, and teaches Android classes in the Bay Area on his own time. In his spare time, he contributes to open-source projects, and helps to review technical books on mobile, web, and telecom technologies.
